Please note that this time begins for your order after ALL information is received, including colour, measurements, types of accessories and any other circumstances that may apply to your order, including payment. Not before, not after. So make sure we have all your information, and stay in touch via email or phone! If we cannot contact you, your production time will be delayed.

This time does not include shipping time, it is production only. We ship USPS Priority Mail to expedite all orders once they are completed. If you require your order by a certain time, please let us know BEFORE you buy so that we may accommodate you as well as we possibly can.

International bidders, please take special note - Your shipping time may vary greatly depending on your country. We ship USPS International Priority which normally takes 4-10 days. However, insurance is strongly recommended as once it is out of the United States, we have no control over tracking, time spent in transit and many other factors. We have had very few problems shipping globally, but bear in mind that they do occur from time to time.

***IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE*** You must tell us BEFORE you buy. I'm repeating this here so that there is no mistake. :) If your order simply must be had before the outside range of the production queue time, let us know. We will try to accommodate you as well as we possibly can.

Is to ensure that you receive a quality product. We refuse to create a cheap or inferior product.
Any product we carry that we do not make is a product we use ourselves - And we are very picky! :) Every single item that comes from us is top notch and high-quality. Big or small.

Shipping
Construction on an item does not begin until payment is received and verified. During busy seasons such as beginning of Faire and Halloween processing may take longer. Always check our Production Queue up top and plan accordingly when ordering during these seasons. We ship USPS Priority Mail and USPS International Priority Mail.

Custom Work
Just because a particular style or colour isn't shown in the catalogue pages doesn't mean we won't create it. If you can dream it, we can make it for you! Prices and time for construction will always vary on custom outfits. Don't hesitate to call or e-mail for more information.

Packaging/Recycling
We re-use any materials we receive when we order supplies and merchandise from other companies (i.e. boxes, styrofoam packing peanuts, bubble wrap). Your order will always be packaged safely with clean recycled materials. We love our earth!

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and all major credit cards through Paypal. We also accept Cashier's Checks and Money Orders. If you need to pay by Personal Check please keep in mind that we wait until the check has cleared before purchasing materials for construction. That can be a long wait!
