Can be worn Demurely on the shoulders or Romantically off as you desire.

Hem is 84" round for a lovely flow of the skirt. Shoulder to hem length is 60 inches, unless hem length is specified. Waist can be cinched in with the pearled white, black, and gold rope belt or worn without.
